Another in a series of pull off the side of the road (at least in this case a lookout point) and snap a photograph before heading home type of shot. The overall scene called for a panorama photo and I did take a few overlapping shots to be used at a future date.

The more I look at this photo and even the ones to be used in the panorama, the more I am drawn to the area of fog and trees and NOT Butte Mountain with its radio transmitter. It is the subtle contrasts of the trees, partially due to depth of field and partially due to the levels of opacity caused by the fog.
