Patience, or the lack thereof, can dictate the quality of your photographs. This especially true when waiting for shadows to cross a landscape. Maybe this was the best composition for the next 2 hours, but I would have no idea. I only stayed for 15 minutes. I am what you would call, impatient.

This flaw is exaggerated when I jam pack my shooting itinerary on day trips. Rarely are the best shots strictly due to luck. Quite often it is preparation, repeated visits, and luck.
