No longer the original materials from the 1915 for the Pan-Pacific International Expo the rotunda was reconstructed in 1967 with seismic improvements in 2011.  Now a popular setting for tourists and wedding/engagement shoots.

  1. You know what’s strange? The photo and details are sharp, but for some reason, with the monochrome conversion and how I processed it (specifically the slight increase in the “structure”) it appears the image is not sharp. Weird. At least that’s what I think is going on since I can see details zooming in on my desktop. 😉
