The Dogpatch area of San Francisco was the intended shooting area. The idea of decaying steelworks buildings were on the mind. Unfortunately, the main drag of Dogpatch were filled with costumed Halloween revelers. We ended up on Pier 50 shooting buildings and reflections of the buildings off the surface of the bay.
It is always interesting how each person has a different take to a composition. One idea was to include the building along with the reflection. Mine was to include only the reflection. The final processed image is only a fraction of the entire reflection.
